Hello! I'm so excited to be participating once again in Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags, this time with the Ellen Hutson team!
For my tag I used my favorite All Inside bear. Aside from being the cutest ever, and having the ability to be a WHITE polar variety so I don't have to color him, I just love that his arms are cut out so you can have him hold different things!
Here he's holding a candle from one of the leading lady sets. Just perfect to go on a candle gift package!
The background is made from the brand new stripes die! I just cut four different colors, and then had a blast combining colors!
I mounted and adhered these to a piece of white cardstock before cutting the tags so all the pieces will be secure.
Then I was all set to make a few more!!
For a lotion present : )
So cute with them all together.
Here's a close up where you can really see the nice dimension from having all those strips of paper instead of just a stripe pattern paper. Always love the rounded edges of an actual die!
With the stripes already being cut for the first tag, I loved that it was pretty quick to make three more.
Thanks to Tracey for organizing this big event for us!
And thank you so much for stopping by!

Love those stripey backgrounds - you're right, it adds a nice bit of texture/dimension. Very cute tags and so much attention to detail!
ReplyDeleteI love what you created!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! The dimension from the stripes is a lot more fun (albeit a lot of work for you!), but the result is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Kelly, these are so precious, love them all.
ReplyDeleteYour tags are so adorable!! I love the striped background you created! That's what caught my eye and brought me to your blog. Thanks for sharing the details of your creative process :)
ReplyDeleteDarling tags, Kelly. And a great technique you've shared with us. I love learning new little tips and tricks, so I thank you for sharing this.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Love how you used the die for your background, Kelly--darling tags!
ReplyDeleteHow fun are all of those stripes! These are super cute Kelly!
ReplyDeleteI love this bear! I used him on some Christmas cards. Looks like I should bring him out again to whip up some tags!
ReplyDeleteWOW. All those stripes...so awesome Kelly.
ReplyDeleteAdorable and oh so fun! Love the stripes and how sweet that the bear is holding fun little gifts.
ReplyDeleteThese tags are FANTASTIC! While the basic design is the same for each one, there is a lot of variety in this collection of tags! I love how the background die allows you to change the look to include whatever pattern and colors of stripes you want, and that you can have the bear hold different things!! And you've even cut the tags differently so they are not even shaped exactly the same.
ReplyDeleteJust dropping by to say hello to my old friend! Gotta love the stripes and that precious bear. Cutest Tags Ever.
ReplyDeleteKind of like playing "pick up sticks".
ReplyDeleteFun project. Cute results.
thanks for sharing

Great tags! The bear always gets me, and those stripes make him look so dapper!
ReplyDeleteCan't believe all those tiny strips are inlaid, thought it was striped paper at first. Awesome detai, and the polar bear is cute.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous and and fun!
ReplyDeleteFabulous set of tags! The inlaid stripe backgrounds are so cool! I love how you individualized each bear with the item he's holding. So cute!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute tag! Christmas Background Images
ReplyDeleteCute tags! Beautifully done.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so cute, Kelly. I agree about the white bear. Now I need to look for more things for him to hold.
