Hi Folks! I am so very honored to be a guest designer for the Pinkfresh blog!! Kinnari, the amazingly kind, funny and generous owner of Pinkfresh, messaged me late one night after I had just returned from the Imagine Dragons concert. I had just been a few feet from Dan Reynolds for the past 3 hours, and I was probably pretty incoherent as I replied to her wonderful offer to guest design.
That was one of the best nights of the summer ... Imagine Dragons front center, and Kinnari asking me to be a guest designer : )
This is perhaps my very favorite card of the bunch! Both layers are multicolored on a black background, with the smallest sentiment.
.Up close : )
More dissecting the die ... this time to remove all the individual flowers and leaves!
They are just loosely gathered, like they would be in a bouquet, under the sentiment.
These cards simply have two different solid colored die cuts layers on the card. So many different possibilities!
How about purple vellum over a blended ink background?
You can cut the die down to use it as a layering piece behind a smaller panel.
Or use the dies as a stencil to spray ink on?
So many different ways to use the Fancy Florals 1 and Fancy Florals 2 dies! Check them out at Pinkfresh Studio and my full blog post at the Pinkfresh blog!
Thanks for stopping by!
-Kelly

Wow! Amazing cards - all NINE of them!
ReplyDeleteI saw all these on IG and drooled, Kelly. You have such a great imagination when it comes to using stamps and dies in innovative ways. It's always fun to see what you create and these beauties are no exception.
